For years, God has been speaking to Pastor Steve and Joan about specific church work they would do, and even a specific country. They waited on God for the time when He would show them to move on these things, and what to do. This time came recently when Darius Twagirayesu (International Hope for Rwanda) visited our city. The Lord spoke prophetically through Darius, and commissioned Pastor Steve and Joan to go to Rwanda.
Pastor Steve and Joan traveled to Rwanda in mid-May, for 16 days, to begin an apostolic work of planting River Churches, meeting the physical needs of the people by digging wells and teaching proper hygiene, and training church leadership for ministry. They taught the people intimacy with God in such a way as to bring transformation to the nation.
