Joyce was sick with a fever and bronchial infection. She planned on seeing the doctor, and was concerned about the cost, because she had no insurance. A group of us prayed with her with the laying on of hands in the evening, and by the next morning she was well. She had no need to see the doctor.

August 25, 2008

A woman was healed of a swelled up knee that had come on suddenly, without her being aware of having injured it. The knee was stiff and painful. After being ministered to at the Healing Rooms of the Fox Valley, the next day the knee was normal again.

July 18, 2008

A man who had had back surgery for a double herniated disk in March, reinjured his back at work today. He came to the Friday night service in pain. As he walked from his seat to the altar area, he was completely healed of all pain.

June and July 2008

A family came to a Friday night service with their year-old child with spina bifida. They said they had met a woman in the park the previous Saturday, who had not told them her name, but had said she was from The River Church. She had laid hands on the child and prayed for her, and then invited them to the Friday night services. The next day the little girl was able to crawl for the first time. In checking with the congregation, no one had been at the park praying with this family.

A woman was healed of month-long eye problems when she was prayed for within her home group. The next morning her eyes were well.

Another woman had been having problems with clouded vision and throbbing eyes for two weeks. She was instantly healed of pain and cloudiness, when prayed for on Friday night.

While being prayed for for something other than healing, a lady was healed of chronic ringing in her ears.

A woman was healed of severe backache during worship on Sunday morning. She prayed for herself and asked Jesus to set her free of the backache, then continued to actively participate in worship in spite of the pain. The pain significantly lessened, and by the end of the service was completely gone, and did not come back in days to come.

May 30, 2008

Pam was instantly healed of severe abdominal pain that had persisted for fifteen years. She felt fire throughout her body, and the pain was gone.

Maureen was instantly healed of arthritis in her knee.

Patricia had a tooth pulled and was in a lot of pain. When she was prayed for, she felt electricity go through her, and the pain immediately left.
